VLADIVOSTOK, December 12, vladivostoktimes.com Primorsky Territory law on regulation of retail trade of alcoholic drinks and alcoholism preventive measures which was approved by Primorsky Terrritory Legislative Assembly comes into force on December 14 – 10 days after its official promulgation. The document was published on December 4 in the official newspaper of territory state authorities “Primoskaya gazeta”. The law imposes restrictions on selling alcoholic drinks stronger than 15% in Primorsky Territoy at night.

As the Primorsky Territory Administration press service reported to RIA PrimaMedia with the reference to the department of licensing and regulation in consumer market, the list of such alcoholic drinks includes vodka, strong dessert wines, liqueurs and spirits (punch, sweet, half-sweet, and bitter liqueurs, cocktails, gins), cognac,  brandy, rum, aperitif wine.

Retail trade of these drinks is prohibited in Primorye between 10 pm and 9 am starting from December 4. The restriction doesn’t touch bars, cafes, and restaurants which continue to sell alcoholic drinks during their usual business hours.

In addition, these drinks are prohibited for selling in public places, stands, kiosks, containers, and places which are not supposed for selling these products. Realization of alcoholic drinks is prohibited at train stations, airports, wholesale product markets, and military objects.
