VLADIVOSTOK, January 26, vladivostoktimes.com The Primosrsky Territory Governor Sergey DARKIN took part in opening ceremony of the meat processing shop “Far Eastern Agrocomplex”, as the Primosrsky Territory Administration press service reported to RIA PrimaMedia.

“The important thing is that the new shop will use local raw materials buying them from agricultural companies, farmers and private units. It will inspire local producers and provide guaranteed sale of animal products” the Governor noted.

The Governor also reminded about the state support for Primorye country areas: “This is a set of measures which includes the issue of technical modernization and creation of comfort life conditions, increasing competitive ability of Primorye agricultural complex.”

 The shop is situated in the industrial area of Ussuriisk. Its total area is 2,4 hectares. The shop has up-to-date equipment which can process from 160 to 500 heads of swine in one shift. The production will be between 11,2 and 35 tons. The main production is delicatessen (carbonate, pork neck, ham), lean pork (shoulder), fat steak, bone meat (rib, shank) and sub-products of the first and second classes.

Planned processing for the years 2010-2015 is up to 500 heads and production is up to 35 tons of meat and meat products.
