VLADIVOSTOK, February 3, vladivostoktimes.com The work on the project of Vladivostok “visitor’s route” started and the small architectural forms are being developed. By order of Sergey DARKIN, the Primorsky Territory Governor, the world-famous architecture companies will be involved in developing of the architectural look of a city; the press service of the Primorsky Territory Administration reported to RIA PrimaMedia.

“It is absolutely necessary to build the motorway of high quality but on their way to the site of the APEC Summit in 2012 its participants could also see the Vladivostok “visiting card,” noted the Governor summing up the meeting on the preparation of the APEC Summit objects. 

Sergey DARKIN also pointed out that “Primorye Planning Bureau” is designing some roads of the APEC Summit in 2012 and it is of great importance for the Primorsky Territory. Let us remind you that the bureau was set up on the Governor’s initiative. “Involving of great deal of the employees from Primorye in the construction sites of the APEC Summit can encourage the building and road-building sectors development in the whole territory,” Sergey DARKIN believes.  

During the meeting the design of a stele that will be erected at the border separating the Primorsky Territory from the Khabarovsk Territory was presented to the Governor. The project is developed by a FESTU Architecture Department student.

According to the experts of the Primorsky Territory Department of Road Sector, today the construction sites of the low water bridge De-Friz - Sedanka have been put into operation. They will start erecting the bridge on both shores at the same time. The first section of the motorway from the Novyi Settlement to the De-Friz Peninsula is also being built according to the schedule.     

Three overground pedestrian crossings are built along M-60 federal motorway – at 735 km, 737 and 738 km. The first overground pedestrian crossing was erected at 736 km (Podgorodenka) by the order of Dmitriy MEDVEDEV, the RF President, and put into service last December.
