VLADIVOSTOK, February 6, vladivostoktimes.com The solemn ceremony of inauguration of Sergey DARKIN as the Primorsky Territory Governor took place in the Primorsky Academic Drama Theatre named after Gorkiy on February 4; the Primorsky Territory Administration reported to RIA PrimaMedia.

Under the national flag of the Russian Federation and the Primorsky Territory flag Sergey DARKIN was taken the oath: “When assuming the office of the Primorsky Territory Government I swear to perform my duties honestly, respect and protect the human rights and freedoms, follow and guard the Russian Federation Constitution and the Primorsky Territory Charter and devote myself to the service of the nation.”

Victor GORCHAKOV, the Chairman of the Primorsky Territory Legislative Assembly, announced: “From this time onwards Sergey M. Darkin has been inaugurated as the Primorsky Territory Governor and starts performing his duties.”

Te representatives of the Federal authorities, Governors the Far Eastern territories and regions, leaders of large Primorye companies and agencies, men of art and science, local officials from the Primorsky Territory districts and towns attended the solemn ceremony.   

Victor ISHAYEV, the RF President’s Plenipotentiary in the Far Eastern Federal District, Vyacheslav FETISOV, the RF Federal Assembly Councilor, Elmira GLUBOKOVSKAY and Ruslan KONDRATOV, the RF State Duma Members and His Eminence Sergiy from the Patriarchate of Moscow were among the high guests of the Primorsky Territory Governor inauguration ceremony.
